Payroll Manager role permissions

The Payroll Manager role, as predefined, allows access to the following areas:

Accounting

  • No access.

Banking

  • No access.

Centers

  • Full access to the Employee Center.

Company

  • Full access to Remote Access.

  • Full access to Company Preferences.

Customers & Receivables

  • No access.

Employees & Payroll

  • Full access to all Payroll functionality.

File

  • No access.

Lists

  • Full access to the Payroll Item list.

Reports

  • Full access to all Employees & Payroll, Time, and Vendors & Payable reports.

Sales tax

  • View access to the Sales tax Code List and to Sales tax Items.

  • View access to Tax Agencies on the Tax Agency Info tab in the Vendor Center.

Time Tracking

  • No access.

Vendors & Payables

  • No access.
