Accounts Payable role permissions

The Accounts Payable role, as predefined, allows access to the following areas:

Accounting

  • No access.

Banking

  • Full access to credit card charges and credit card accounts.

Centers

  • View access to the Customer Center and Employee Center.

  • Full access to the Vendor Center.

Company

  • Full access to Print Labels.

Customers & Receivables

  • Full access to change item prices.

Employees & Payroll

  • No access.

File

  • No access.

Lists

  • Full access to the following lists: Vendor Type, Fixed Asset Item, Item, Terms, Other Names, and Templates.

  • View access to the following lists: Chart of Accounts, Class, Customer Type, Job Type, Payment Method, Ship Via, Vehicle, Price Levels, and Sales Tax Codes.

Reports

  • Full access to Vendors & Payables, Inventory, and Purchases.

Time Tracking

  • No access.

Vendors & Payables

  • Full access to Accounts Payable accounts.

  • Full access to Enter Bills, Pay Bills, and Item Receipts.

  • Full access to print 1099s/1096.

  • Full access to Purchase Orders and Purchase Orders list.

  • Full access to Pay Sales Tax and Adjust Sales Tax Due.
