Create to do's

Use to do's to keep track of tasks you want to complete by a certain date. You can look at your notes in the To Do list at any time, or you can use the Reminders list to see to do's whose dates are due.

To do this task

  1. Choose Company > To Do List. Shortcut

  2. Click the To Do drop-down arrow and select New To Do.

  3. Click the Type drop-down arrow and select a type.

  4. Click the Priority drop-down arrow and select either Low, Medium, or High.

  5. To associate the to do with a person:

    1. Click the With checkbox.

    2. Click the first drop-down arrow and select Lead, Customer, or Vendor.

    3. Click the second drop-down arrow and select the person from the list.

  6. Enter the date the action item is due.

  7. To enter a time, click the Time checkbox and set the time.

  8. In the Details field, enter any relevant information.

  9. Click the Status drop-down arrow and select Active, Done, or Inactive.

  10. Click OK.
