Only the QuickBooks Administrator can do this task.
Open the time and expenses preferences.
Go to the Edit menu and click Preferences.
In the Preferences window, click Time & Expenses in the list on the left.
Click the Company Preferences tab.
For the Do You Track Time? option, click No.
Even when time tracking is off, QuickBooks still retains all time entries. To access your time entries again, turn time
tracking back on.
