When you invoice your customer for time, you can have QuickBooks insert your
notes about time entries into the Description column on the invoice form.
Open the invoice.
To do this task
Go to the Customers menu and click Create Invoices.
Click the Add Time/Costs button.
Click the Time tab.
Select the time entries you want to include on the invoice.
Click the Options button.
Select the choice for
transferring billable time to the invoice and then click OK.
You can either enter a separate line for each activity, or choose to combine
activities on the invoice.
