How can I change these income accounts?

It's easy to add, delete, or change an account later after you have used QuickBooks for a while.

After you've completed the Easy Step Interview, you can enter or change information about your income accounts while you're using QuickBooks.

You can also set up accounts "on the fly." For example, if you realize you need a new income account while you're creating an invoice, you can add the new income account right there and then assign the invoice to the new account.
