Print lines around each field

You can print or not print the lines around the fields and columns on a business form. The choice you make depends on the type of paper you use when you print the form.

Print the lines when you're printing on:

  • Blank paper and you want the lines to appear.

  • Letterhead paper and you want the lines to appear.

Omit the lines when you're printing on:

  • A preprinted business form (because the lines are already printed on the form).

* Indicates the option does not appear when you open this window by choosing Printer Setup from the File menu. The option does appear in the Print One Sales Receipt or Print Sales Receipts windows.
