Edit invoices and sales receipts

Follow these steps to edit a saved invoice or sales receipt.

If you want to change the way the form looks or the fields that appear on it, you can customize the form.

To do this task

  1. Find the invoice or find the sales receipt in the Customer Center or Accounts Receivable register.

    Note: If you've chosen to deposit funds directly to an account, open the register for that account to edit the sales form.

  2. Double-click the transaction that you want to edit.

  3. Make any changes to the form that you want.

  4. Save the changes.
