Move report columns on list and detail reports

You can move report columns by selecting them and dragging them with the mouse, one column at a time.

Note: The ability to move columns is available on list and detail reports only.

To do this task

  1. Place the cursor over a column header until it changes to a hand icon.

  2. Hold the left mouse button down and drag the column to the left or right. A red arrow shows you where the column will be inserted.

  3. Release the mouse button.

  4. The column is moved to the new location.

The column order is carried over when you export the report to Excel.

Note: You must memorize the report to save the column changes.
