Move a report on the Memorized Report List

To do this task

  1. Go to the Reports menu, choose Memorized Reports, and then click Memorized Report List.

  2. Move the mouse pointer so that it touches the small diamond to the right of the report name.

  3. While pressing the left mouse button, drag the entry up, down, left, or right to its new location:

    • Drag a group name to move an entire group of reports.

    • Drag left to make a sub-entry a main entry.

    • Drag right to make a main entry a sub-entry.
