Employee withholding report shows incorrect state filing status

Edit the state withholding information

To do this task

  1. Click the Employees icon.

  2. Double-click the employee name to open the Edit Employee window.

  3. In the Change tab drop-down list, choose Payroll and Compensation Info.

  4. Click the Taxes button and click the State tab.

  5. Click OK. This will reset the record to correct the state withholding status.

  6. Repeat Steps 1 through 5 for each employee.
