How do I create this report?
Choose Reports > Customers & Receivables > Average Days to Pay Summary.
This report provides a simple snapshot of the average days to pay for each customer. For each invoice or statement charge, this report calculates the difference between the transaction date and the paid date. This summary report averages the days to pay for all invoices and statement charges per customer.
To see the individual transactions that make up the average, run the Average Days to Pay report by choosing Reports > Customers & Receivables > Average Days to Pay.
