Rep refers to the initials of the sales representative who made a sale. If
you use the Rep field on your sales forms, you can limit a report so that it
shows the sales for a particular sales representative.
Two or more reps
Click the Rep drop-down list and choose Multiple sales reps. Select the initials of each sales
representative whose sales you want to include in the report.
One rep only
Click the Rep drop-down list and choose the initials of a sales representative from the bottom section of the list.
