How do I create this report?
To do this task
In the Item list, select the item for which
you want a report.
Click Reports at the bottom of the list and click QuickReport.
This report lists chronologically the transactions that contain
a particular item. If
the item has subitems, the report groups the transactions by
For a service, part, other charge, discount, payment, or sales
tax item, the report lists each invoice, sales receipt, credit
memo, bill, check, or credit card charge where the item appears.
For inventory items, the report also lists inventory adjustments
that affect the quantity on
hand and open purchase orders that affect the
quantity on order.
To open any of the transactions listed, double-click the
transaction's entry in the report.
The report shows transactions for this fiscal year to
date. To change the period covered, click the Dates drop-down list and choose a different date range.
