How do I create this report?
Choose Reports > Sales > Open Sales Orders by Customer.
This report shows the amount of each open sales order for each
customer. It includes the date the sales order was entered. Where
customers have multiple open sales orders, it shows the total for
each customer. This information is also available on the Transactions
tab of the Customer Center.
To add new columns to the report, or delete any of the
existing columns, click the Customize Report button and select the names
of the columns you want to add or delete. For example, selecting
the Terms column adds the terms for each open sales order to the
