How do I create this report?
Go to the Reports menu, click Inventory, and
then click Stock Status by Item.
This report shows the following information about each item in
your inventory: item description, preferred vendor,
quantity on hand,
quantity on order,
expected receipt date, and average sales per week.
Average sales per week: To calculate this amount, QuickBooks
normally divides the quantity of sales for the period covered by
the report by the number of weeks in that period. However, if you
filter this report by date and choose All from the list of date
filters, the first and last transaction dates for each inventory
item will represent the date range for the calculation for sales by
