How do I create this report?
The Closing data exception report shows transactions dated on or before the closing date that were changed or entered after you established the closing date.
The closing date history displays at the top of the window. You can see at a glance the current closing date and all past closing dates, if any. You can also see the name of the user who set the closing date.
Type: The transaction type, such as check, bill, purchase order, deposit, or any other type of QuickBooks transaction.
Num: The transaction's number, such as the check number or invoice number.
Entered/Last Modified Date: The date on which the transaction was entered or was last changed.
Last Modified By: The name of the user who last modified this transaction.
State: The current state of this transaction.
Date: The date on which the transaction occurred.
Name: The name of the person or company that appears on the transaction.
Memo: If present, the text entered in the Memo field of the transaction.
Account: The account associated with the transaction.
Split: Shows whether the transaction was split to different accounts.
