Set up printer options for forms

Use these instructions to set up printing options for your forms. You can change these options whenever you print a form.

To do this task

  1. Choose File > Printer Setup.

  2. Click the Form Name drop-down arrow and select the form you want to print.

    The options on the Printer Setup window change depending on which form you select. For example, checks have different options than invoices. For each new form you select, press F1 for assistance in setting the various options.

  3. Select the options you want to use whenever you print that form.

  4. (Optional) Click the Form Name drop-down arrow again, and select another form to set up.

  5. Click OK.
