Follow these instructions to replace your damaged print settings so you can
continue printing from QuickBooks.
Important: This procedure will reset all forms, checks,
reports, lists, etc. to the preset print settings.
Print this topic, as you will need to close QuickBooks.
Locate the file named QBPrint.qbp in the following directory:
In Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Intuit\QuickBooks 2009
In Windows Vista: C:\Program Data\Intuit\Application Data\
What if I don't see the Application Data folder.
Go to the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Click the View tab.
In Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders.
Right-click on QBPrint.qbp and then click Rename.
Enter the name QBPrint.old in the field.
Restart QuickBooks and continue printing.
Remember to check the print settings for each form or report the first time
you print it. It may be necessary to reenter the print settings that you used
