To do this task
Click Customer Center.
On the Customers & Jobs tab, select the customer or job.
In the Show drop-down list, choose All Sales Transactions.
Alternatively, you can choose a specific type of transaction, such as Invoices.
In the Filter By drop-down list, choose Open Invoices and Charges.
Use the Date drop-down list to specify a date range.
(Optional) Go to the top of the Customer Center, click Print, then
click Customer & Job Transaction List.
On the Transactions tab, click Invoices.
In the Filter By drop-down list, choose Open Invoices.
(Optional) Click Print at the top of the Customer Center.
You can also get a report containing the collection history for all customers and jobs.
Go to the Reports menu and choose Customers & Receivables.
Click Collections Report.
