Find transactions that still need to be paid

See transactions that still need to be paid for a specific customer or job

To do this task

  1. Click Customer Center.

  2. On the Customers & Jobs tab, select the customer or job.

  3. In the Show drop-down list, choose All Sales Transactions.

    Alternatively, you can choose a specific type of transaction, such as Invoices.

  4. In the Filter By drop-down list, choose Open Invoices and Charges.

  5. Use the Date drop-down list to specify a date range.

  6. (Optional) Go to the top of the Customer Center, click Print, then click Customer & Job Transaction List.

See all invoices with an open balance (for all customers and jobs)

To do this task

  1. Click Customer Center.

  2. On the Transactions tab, click Invoices.

  3. In the Filter By drop-down list, choose Open Invoices.

  4. Use the Date drop-down list to specify a date range.

  5. (Optional) Click Print at the top of the Customer Center.



You can also get a report containing the collection history for all customers and jobs.

To do this task

  1. Go to the Reports menu and choose Customers & Receivables.

  2. Click Collections Report. Shortcut
