Only the QuickBooks Administrator can do this task.
To do this task
Go to the Company menu, click Set up Users and Passwords, and then click Set up Users.
Select the user whose permissions you want to change.
Click Edit User.
Enter your changes in the windows that appear. Click Next to go
to the next window.
When the last window appears, check the table that summarizes
the user’s new access rights. If you need to make a change,
click Prev to return to the appropriate screen.
Click Finish to complete the setup process.
