Enter or edit loan payment information

The loan payment information is required to calculate the principal and interest portions of your loan payment and to build your payment schedule.

Check your loan information to see if you need to make an escrow payment with your loan payments. If you do, enter the amount and select the escrow account to which you want to apply that part of the payment. The Escrow Account list includes both "bank" and "other current asset" account types, listed in alphabetical order. The list does not include any expense accounts.

The Alert me checkbox (when selected) posts an Alert to your Reminders List 10 days before your loan payment is due, so you'll be reminded about the upcoming payment.

You can change this information at any time by clicking Edit Loan Details in the Loan Manager window.
