Why is the loan balance different in the Loan Manager?

You've received this message because, the principal balance for this loan in the Loan Manager differs from the principal balance for this loan in your QuickBooks liability account. You have either edited or changed payment amounts for this loan outside the Loan Manager Set Up Payment window.

To resolve this message

  1. Make sure that your next payment date and amount are correct.

  2. Click OK. The Loan Manager updates the principal balance to match your QuickBooks balance.
