Where are prices updated?

The new sales prices appear in the Edit Item window for each item and are used in new sales transactions.

QuickBooks does not update item prices in existing invoices, purchase orders, sales receipts, or memorized transactions.

If you use memorized transactions that contain items, you must edit or re-enter those transactions so they'll reflect your price changes.
