Enter my company's phone, fax, or email on checks or forms

Enter phone, fax, or email information in the Contact Information section of the Company Information window. This information appears on printed invoices, checks, and other forms.

To do this task

  1. Go to the Company menu and click Company Information.

  2. Enter the information in the Contact Information section.

  3. Click OK.

Important: To print the information on your invoices and other forms, you must "add your company name and address information to printed forms".
