QuickBooks provides two options for setting up your company file:
Using the EasyStep Interview. The EasyStep Interview guides you through the process of setting
up your company file and entering the data specific to your company. The
Interview lets you specify your industry and provides specific tips for
your type of business. You will learn about some QuickBooks features as
you go through the EasyStep Interview.
Create your own company file from scratch. If you are familiar with QuickBooks, this lets you enter information directly using the QuickBooks menus and dialog boxes.
