You reached the QuickBooks Backup window because you are opening a company
file that is older than the QuickBooks release that is installed on this computer.
You will need to back up your company file in order to continue.
To do this task
(Optional) Change the name of the backup file. Be sure to keep the three-character filename extension (.QBB).
Click Browse to select the location where you want to store the backup.
If you are using a CD, USB flash drive, or other storage device, prepare it now. For example, insert the CD into the CD-ROM drive.
QuickBooks verifies the integrity of your company file, updates it for this release, and then reopens your company file.
