You can email forms and reports directly from QuickBooks using:
web mail services such as Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, and Hotmail
Note: QuickBooks E-mail is available only to certain QuickBooks users.
QuickBooks E-mail is only available to users who subscribe to 1 or more of these services:

Accountant's Copy File Transfer
QuickBooks Enterprise Full Service Plan
QuickBooks Billing Solutions
QuickBooks Pro Plus and Premier Plus
How does QuickBooks work with my email program?
At the top of the form, click the E-mail or Send button. You can preview the email, make changes, and add additional attachments (not true for web mail).
On the bottom of each form you want to send, click the To be e-mailed checkbox.
Save the transaction.
Choose File > Send Forms.
When you email a form, your customer receives it as a PDF file email attachment along with a cover note.
When you email a report, your customer receives it either as a PDF file or an Excel file email attachment along with a cover note.
