Changing your company's email address

When your company's email address changes, be sure to update it in the Company Information window. This ensures that QuickBooks enters the correct "From" address when you send invoices, statements, or estimates by email.

To do this task

  1. Go to the Company menu and click Company Information.

  2. Enter the new email address in the Email field.

  3. Click OK.

  4. If you also want to use the new email address to receive customer payment notifications from the Billing Solutions service, follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Customers menu, click Billing Solutions, and then click Set Options Online.

    2. Click the link for changing your email address.

    3. Follow the onscreen instructions.
