You can email forms and reports to vendors directly from QuickBooks. You can also send email to vendors from the Vendor Center.
To do this task
Click the Vendor Center icon at the top of the QuickBooks window.
Click the Vendors tab.
Click a vendor's name to open the Vendor Information window.
Click the vendor's email address.
Your email program opens with your vendor's email address in the To field. If your vendor doesn't have an email address in QuickBooks, their name will appear instead. If your email program cannot find a matching email address, you can enter the email address manually.
Prepare and send your email.
