You can send email to employees from the Employee Center (not available in web mail or QuickBooks Email).
To do this task
Click the Employees Center icon at the top of the QuickBooks window.
Click the Employees tab.
Click an employee's name to open the Employee Information window .
Click the employee's email address.
Your email program opens with your employee's email address in the To field. If your employee doesn't have an email address in QuickBooks, their name will appear instead. If your email program cannot find a matching email address, you can enter the email address manually.
Prepare and send your email.
