To use packing slips, you should first set your preferences for choosing a
template. Open the sales and customers preferences
select the Intuit Packing Slip template
select an existing template that you've already customized

To print packing slips from your invoices, click
the Print drop-down arrow on the Invoice form and then click Print Packing Slip.
On the Invoice form, click the Templates drop-down arrow and then click Intuit Packing Slip. Fill out the fields.
To print the packing slip, click the Print
drop-down arrow and then click Print Packing Slip.

You can create a custom sales receipt that omits price information and has
the title "Packing Slip" instead of "Sales Receipt." When
you use this method to create packing slips, you must print each packing slip
separately from its sales receipt.
Make a duplicate of the template you currently use for sales receipts.
Click Customize at the top of the Sales Receipt.
Select the template and click Edit.
Make the following changes to your template.
Click the Header tab and change the title of the form to Packing Slip.
Click the Columns tab and clear the Print checkbox for the Rate and Amount
Click the Footer tab and clear the Print checkbox for the Total field.
Click the Format tab and clear the Print Status Stamp checkbox if you do not want
this stamp to appear on the packing slip.
