To do this task
Open the Layout Designer window.
Select the object whose font you want to change.
Click the Properties button.
On the Text tab, do one or all of the following:
To change the horizontal justification for the object, select a different justification in the Horizontal
To change the vertical justification for the object, select a different justification in the
To change the font properties for the object, click the Font button and do any or all of the following:
Change the font (for example, Arial), font style (for example, Bold), or size.
Add a strikeout or underline.
If you will print the form on a color printer, choose a different font color
for the element in the Color drop-down list.
The example in the Sample box is updated to show you how the object will appear on the form.
Click OK to save the changes and close the Properties window. The changes for the printed form are displayed in the Layout Designer window.
If the font size is too large for the object, you can either use a smaller font size or resize the object.
Repeat for each object whose font you want to change.
When done, click OK to close the Layout Designer window.
Your changes appear in the Preview section of the Additional Customization window. To see a larger image of the form, click the Print Preview button.
Note: These changes show only when you print the form—not when you fill out the form onscreen.
Click OK to close the Additional Customization window.
