Change the color scheme on invoices, estimates, sales receipts, or other forms

To do this task

  1. Open the Basic Customization window.

    Display Basic Customization window popup goes here
  2. To change all the colors of all the borders and text, click the Select Color Scheme drop-down arrow and then click the color scheme you want to use.

  3. To change the color of a category of fields (such as Company Address):

    1. Select the field in the Change Font For list and click the Change Font button.

    2. Click the color and then click OK.

  4. To change the color of a single field:

    1. Click the Layout Designer button at the bottom of the window and then click the field you want to change.

    2. Click the Properties button, click the Color for that one field, and then click OK.

  5. (Optional) Click the Print Preview button to view a larger preview and then click Close.

  6. Click OK.
