About the Add Data Field window

Use this window to add additional data fields when you are customizing forms. Checkmarked names are typically those you added when you worked in the Customize window. You cannot remove added data fields here. You must open the Customize window for the form to change those selections.

You can also add the customer total balance and job total balance to your printed invoices by selecting an additional field from the list of data fields. The customer total balance is an active field, meaning that if you reprint this invoice later, the balance will reflect any subsequent changes.
