Only the QuickBooks Administrator can do this task.
Note: The Customer Credit Card Audit Trail is only available in company files that have enabled customer credit card protection.
The Customer Credit Card Audit Trail adds an entry to the audit trail each time a customer credit card is entered, displayed, edited, or deleted as well as each time a user account is changed.
This feature also allows the administrator to view the audit trail information.
To open the Customer Credit Card Audit Trail, go to the Reports menu, click Accountant & Taxes, and then click Customer Credit Card Audit Trail.
The audit trail can't be filtered or memorized.
To print the audit trail, right-click within the report somewhere and then click Print.
