Align checks

A full page of checks contains three checks.

A partial page of checks results when one or two blank checks remains after you've finished printing. You can easily use that partial page the next time you print checks.

To do this task

  1. Click the button that is appropriate to the situation you want to correct (full page, two checks, or one check).

  2. To adjust the alignment, follow the instructions in the Fine Alignment window, and then click OK.

    When you return to the Align Checks window, consider making adjustments for the other two situations now. QuickBooks remembers all three sets of adjustments and applies them automatically when needed. You won't need to complete this process again when you have other partial pages.

  3. In the Align Checks window, click OK to continue printing your checks.
