Use the Customer Message list

How do I display this list?

Go to the Lists menu, choose Customer & Vendor Profile Lists, and then click Customer Message List.

What to store in this list

The Customer Message list contains standard messages that you can include at the bottom of a printed sales form. For example, you might want to thank your customers for their business. Using the Customer Message list, you can create the "thank you" message once and include it on any invoice.

Managing your customer messages

Click Customer Message at the bottom of the list to add, edit, or delete messages. You can make a customer message inactive, print the list, and more.
