Work with additional contacts

When you convert a lead to a customer, QuickBooks uses the More Contacts window to store any additional contact information entered for that lead. To view information about a particular contact:

  1. Click the Contact drop-down arrow.

  2. Select a name from the list. The contact's information appears in the Contact Details section of the window.

    Note: If the Contact drop-down list is empty, that customer has no additional contact information.

You can also use this window to add contacts to a customer, but this information doesn't appear on any report.
