Each Center has several useful reports that you can run without leaving the Center, and you always have access to all QuickBooks reports in the Report Center.

You can customize the views in each Center in the same way that you customize the appearance and scope of a QuickBooks report, and then view the results in a report format.

This gives you a quick and easy way to customize the appearance of your data without having to run and modify a QuickBooks report outside of the Centers.

What reports can I run in the Centers?

Here is a list of the reports you will find in the Centers:

Reports in the Customer Center

  • QuickReport: Shows, in chronological order, transactions for the selected customer or job. These include estimates, invoices, statement charges, credits, and payments received for jobs.
  • Open Balance: Shows any open balances for the selected customer or job.
  • Show Estimates: Shows the amount and status of estimates for each customer and job.

Reports in the Vendor Center

  • QuickReport: Shows, in chronological order, transactions for the selected vendor. These include bills and bill payments.
  • Open Balance: Shows any open balances that you owe to the selected vendor.

Reports in the Employee Center

  • QuickReport: Shows, in chronological order, payments to the selected employee.
  • Payroll Summary: Shows total wages, taxes withheld, deductions, and other information for the selected employee.
  • Employee Summary: Shows personal information for the selected employee (only appears if you have purchased QuickBooks Customer Manager).
  • Payroll Transaction Detail: Shows the line item detail that appears on every payroll transaction.
