You can set the level of detail you want to see.
To do this task
In the Reminders window, click the appropriate button at the bottom of the window:
Click the Custom View button to view reminders in the format you specified when you set Preferences.
Click the Collapse All button to view a summary of all activities, including those you've asked QuickBooks not to display. For each section of the list, QuickBooks displays the total amount of the transactions due.
Click the Expand All button to view the list of all transactions, including those you've asked QuickBooks not to display. For each section of the list, QuickBooks lists the individual transactions due together with their amounts.
