We have been making improvements to our QuickBooks Simple Start system and have added a new file transfer tool.

• Simple Start users can use this tool to transfer files to their accountant.
• Accountants can use this same tool to decrypt files sent by clients.

To download and install the File Transfer tool

1. Download the file transfer tool here.
2. Click one of the following:
   • Run to start the installation immediately.
   • Save and save the file to your desktop. To start the installation, double-click the tool icon on your desktop.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

To run the File Transfer tool

1. Click the Windows Start button.
2. Click Programs > Intuit > QuickBooks File Transfer Tool.
