Midwest Flood Recovery Assistance
In response to the recent flooding that has devastated areas of the Midwest, Intuit has set up a recovery assistance program to provide software and services to help individuals and businesses in the flooded areas recover and get re-established. Software and Services Offer
Free or replacement software will be delivered as soon as conditions permit.
QuickBooks, Small Business and Accountant Support - Free replacement copies of QuickBooks, Simple Start and QuickBooks Enterprise Software.
- Free one year of technical support for QuickBooks software, QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks services.
- Free QuickBooks data recovery assistance and password removal.
- Free one-year subscription to QuickBooks Online Edition to customers who cannot access their desktop QuickBooks files.
- Free extension of QuickBooks Payroll Service.
- Free point-of-sale hardware and software replacement for QuickBooks Point-of-Sale customers.

Professional Advisors and Accountants Support
- Free replacement of QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program member kits for members who were affected by the floods.
- Free one-year membership extension for QuickBooks ProAdvisors who lost their place of business due to the floods.
- Call (888) 250-7279.
- Free replacement downloads of TurboTax for the 2007 tax year are available for flood victims.

Free replacement copies of ProSeries, EasyACCT or Lacerte software that were lost or destroyed by the floods.
- Startup assistance for those customers who experienced a total loss of their business and need help resuming service.
- Special customer support line. Call (800) 4-INTUIT or (800) 446-8848. Select 3 at the first menu, and select your product on the second menu. Call between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Pacific time, Monday through Friday.
- Free replacement copies of Quicken Personal Finance Software, Quicken Rental Property Manager, Quicken Home Inventory Manager, and Quicken Medical Expense Manager.
- Free replacement of damaged credit card processing terminals.
- Waive customer service fees for up to one year for those businesses impacted by the floods.
- Assistance: For terminals: (800) 397-0707. For QuickBooks Point of Sale: (800) 558-9558.
- Free replacement of QuickBooks or Quicken checks and supplies purchased from Intuit and destroyed by the floods. Call (800) 548-0289.
