Updating your e-mail address
To change the e-mail address associated with your QuickBooks account, use this easy, 2-step process. Be sure to have the following information available:
Current e-mail address
New e-mail address.
Click submit to send us your question. You will receive a case number confirming your request and an estimate of when a support specialist will contact you.
Authorization ID
from your QuickBooks product
. The Authorization ID is not required for
Point of Sale
or
Cash Register Plus
Proof of identification, such as a driver's license
Proof of authority, such as company business license or utility bill
