Updating your e-mail address
To change the e-mail address associated with your QuickBooks account, use this easy,
2-step process. Be sure to have the following information available:
- Current e-mail address
- New e-mail address.
- Click submit to send us your question. You will receive a case number confirming
your request and an estimate of when a support specialist will contact you.
- Authorization ID from your QuickBooks
product
- Proof of identification, such as a driver's license
- Proof of authority, such as company business license or utility bill
