Invalid phone number message when adding new file to existing payroll subscription

When you attempt to setup a new client to your existing payroll service a screen launches asking for information on the new client. After entering the info you get an error:

Invalid phone number

Why this is happening

The phone number field is looking for NUMERIC characters only. If you entered 555-555-5555 or 555.555.5555 it will fail due to the dashes or dots separating the sections of the phone number.

How to fix it

Re-enter the phone number with no dashes or dots for a max of 10 digits/characters.
