After enabling the option to display expired recurring payments, some expired recurring payment (Rebill) rules may still appear to be missing from the "Manage Recurring Payments" window, whether internally to QuickBooks in the embedded browser or from a stand alone browser.
This is by design. The "Manage Recurring Payments" window will only display rules that expired within the last 3 months when the option has been selected. Any rules that had expired prior to this will not be displayed.
