Error: User Auth Failed when processing a transaction
When processing a transaction, you receive the error message:
User Auth Failed.
How to fix it
If you recently changed your User ID for Intuit Payment Solutions, make sure your username and password are correct and try again.
The verification system may be unable to connect due to a temporary problem. Wait a few minutes and try again.
Check your internet connection, as it may be preventing the User ID verification.
