Error: User Auth Failed when processing a transaction

When processing a transaction, you receive the error message: User Auth Failed.

How to fix it


  • If you recently changed your User ID for Intuit Payment Solutions, make sure your username and password are correct and try again.
  • The verification system may be unable to connect due to a temporary problem. Wait a few minutes and try again.
  • Check your internet connection, as it may be preventing the User ID verification.
