Error: The operation couldn't be completed. No wallet related records found in database.

When processing a credit card transaction in QuickBooks, you receive an error:

The operation couldn't be completed. No wallet related records found in database.

This article provides the steps to resolve the issue.

What you can try now

Remove the stored credit card and add it back to customers profile

Important: This requires the latest release of QuickBooks. To check if you are on the latest release go to  QuickBooks > Check for QuickBooks Updates.

  1. Open the Customer Center, Customers > Customer Center
  2. Double-click the customer in the list
  3. From the customer profile, click Payment Info
  4. Click once on the card, hold the Option key and click the minus button to remove it.
  5. Click the plus button to add the card back to the profile
