When attempting to sign in to an Intuit Payment Account,  you see the following error:

 Error: The server committed a protocol violation. Section=Response

How to fix it

Intuit recommends more than one solution for this issue. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to  try both to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.
