When you try to print barcode labels to your label printer, you see the following message:
The printer driver you are using does not support a full range of fonts for this print out.
QuickBooks Desktop creates barcodes as bitmap images and asks Windows to print the bitmap to the printer. QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise currently supports printing barcodes to laser printers and Inkjet printers. All other types of printers such as thermal and label only printers are not supported with any current QuickBooks product when printing barcodes.
To prevent the error message, you need to use a laser or inkjet printer when printing barcode labels from QuickBooks Desktop instead of the non-supported thermal and label-only printers such as the following:
